Rm25 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document contains the full rules and conditions governing the use of the rm25 platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.

1 Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm25 platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

To use the rm25 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
  • You are physically present in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is legally permitted.
  • You are not on any list of persons prohibited from using online gambling services under local laws.
  • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
  • You have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration and Account Information

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rm25 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or winnings. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. rm25 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately and change your password. All activity that occurs through your account prior to a report being made is your responsibility.

Identity Verification

Rm25 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage. Users who are unable or unwilling to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may face account suspension or delayed withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

3 Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the rm25 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Available deposit and withdrawal methods include bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and approved credit or debit cards. rm25 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Conditions

  • The minimum deposit amount is determined by the selected payment method and is subject to change from time to time.
  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the account holder's name. rm25 does not accept third-party deposits.
  • Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within a timeframe that depends on the method used — from instant to a maximum of one business hour.

Withdrawal Conditions

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the account holder.
  • Full identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.
  • Any outstanding rollover requirements or bonus conditions must be met before the relevant winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Rm25 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for up to seven (7) business days for security review purposes where deemed necessary.

4 Platform Usage Rules and Account Policies

Prohibited Activities

The rm25 platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

  • Use of automation software, bots, or any technology that manipulates the betting system.
  • Exploiting technical errors in odds display or payment systems.
  • Collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate betting outcomes or bonus claims.
  • Any attempt at money laundering or suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
  • Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.

Account Suspension and Closure

Rm25 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the rules have been violated. In the event of a suspension, any valid original deposit balance (excluding bonuses or winnings linked to suspicious activity) will be returned once the investigation is complete. rm25's decision in such matters is final.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rm25 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of rm25 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5 Liability Limitations, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

Limitation of rm25's Liability

Rm25 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, service disruptions due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control, and unsatisfactory match or betting outcomes. rm25's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's active deposit balance at the time of the incident.

Third-Party Links and Services

The rm25 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party websites or services, such as payment providers or sports content providers. rm25 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

Rm25 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. In the event of any dispute, it shall be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law and subject to Malaysian court jurisdiction.
